原本沒事逛逛書店
沒想到意外敗了一本《熱量速查輕經典》
稍微看了一下子內容
這本書是由一群營養師編的
感覺還算可靠,
前言的觀念也都很正確
強調瘦身還是要吃得均衡、在搭配上運動才是正確的
一個月正常的減重大約為兩公斤等等...
這些老生常談相信版上的各位早就耳熟能詳啦!
這本書會讓我想買的原因
除了食物依照分類(蔬菜、水果、肉類、海鮮等等)
還有非常多常見的外食食物
查起來很方便,
另外還有GI值、膳食纖維含量 以及食物的酸鹼性可以查欸
所以很快就決定敗下去了...XDD
不過我回家又仔細看了一下
最讓我驚訝的是豬肉水餃8個的熱量是204卡耶
以前觀念中一直覺得麵粉類點心熱量超高的
不過這樣看起來也還好嘛!
