製作甜甜團時第一階:高筋麵粉、酵母、牛奶第二階:高筋麵粉、全蛋、鹽、細砂糖、水、奶油第一階打完發好後,加入第二階繼續打時發現麵團很黏,跟本就無法整型請問是發生什麼事了?依大家的經驗是否哪個材料比例錯誤?太多或太少?還是哪個製作過程錯誤?溫度?
