人家說生產後8個月是瘦身的黃金時期,我家小茉莉都已經1歲3個月了,我還有5公斤留在身上@@什麼情況啦!!!!!除了運動外,有沒有媽咪們能告訴我有效的局部塑身方式???因為我發現我的5公斤中有3公斤都集中在肚子游泳圈和大腿內側耶…(我不可能做抽脂手術的所以侵入性療程就不用推薦我囉)
