最近幾天的放學後,我都回留下來跑操場。
跑的速度沒有很快,比快走還快一些,
一次大概跑10~15圈,
每次跑完雖然不會很喘,但總是汗流浹背,
心想:這樣應該也消耗不少卡路里了吧!
可是當回到家吃晚飯時,肚子好像更餓了,
該怎麼辦呢?
