最近由於想要在家邊看影集邊運動
所以買了一台腳踏機
大約踏個40分鐘至1個小時
之後去洗澡 洗完澡後 吹頭髮、上個網
時間大約過了一個小時半至二個小時
然後上床睡覺(睡覺時間在12點之前)
但我發現 好像比運動之前難入眠
而且睡覺中 會醒來
睡覺品質比沒運動之前差
沒運動之前 都睡的很好
中間也不太會醒來(除非起來上廁所)
這是因為剛開始運動的過渡期?
還是說明我不適合在晚上運動啊?
