年齡:21
身高:170
體重:63→67
BMI: 23.5
體脂率:27.5
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐: 可可牛奶+鐵板麵/燒餅+豆漿
午餐:普通便當(盡量避開油炸)
晚餐: 普通便當(也是盡量避開油炸)
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
睡眠:晚上12:30~9:00 平常白天大概就坐在書桌前讀書
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
每兩天會跑5000公尺 大約30分鐘
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
為什麼我有定時在運動但是還是一直在增胖.....
而且體脂肪爆高!!!
而且我也都會盡量避開吃雞排阿~~~
只不過我早餐都吃得滿豐盛就是了
PS:
我平均每天幾乎都會喝兩杯無糖西瓜汁 或綜合果汁←不知道這是不是增胖的因素@@
另外我沒有喝 其他飲料的習慣...
