體重:64(早起量的)
BMI:25
體脂率:35%(早起量的)
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:早餐店小三明治或漢堡蛋半個或小7御飯糰一個+自己泡的無熱糖紅茶或小7拿鐵
不加糖
午餐:便當(飯吃1/3,主菜及配菜全吃光)或小碗麵線+小碗甜不辣
晚餐:小碗炸醬麵或日式親子丼飯或便當(中午有吃晚上就不會吃)
其他:星巴克焦瑪或星冰樂(一個月約1~2次)
日常作息時間:睡眠約晚上12點睡8點起床
生活型態:上班族工作8小時 大部分時間都坐著
減肥方式:每周1次一小時健身房(熱身:拉筋5分+跑步機20分+重訓約35分)
每周約1~2天到公園跑步一小時(熱身1.5km+跑步2km+快走1.5km)
問題陳述:我的體脂肪非常高,可能是以前不當減肥產生的後果>< 靠節食不運動
這樣的運動習慣也差不多2個月了,可是體重跟體脂肪都跟之前差不多
外表看來手臂,肚子,腰跟臉是有變小,可是下半身還是不動如山,很希望可以瘦下半身@@
是運動量不夠或時間不夠長嗎?
