你今天喝牛奶了嗎?
這是今天我爸出車禍撞斷小腿最堅硬的那根骨頭
骨科院長見到他所說的第一句話...
雖然只是輕微的摩托車車身壓了我爸的腳
但...它就是斷了,還斷了3截
我不知道這議題適不適合po在這版

之前看到很多網友討論牛奶的問題
今天我爸出車禍 卻撞斷了醫生宣稱的最堅硬的小腿骨
之前我再家裡的樓梯跌了一跤
造成骨盆一道5公分裂痕
小弟之前騎車犁田 也摔了小腿骨
這種種 院長看見我們 第一句就是說
"你們都不喝牛奶的嗎?"
是的,在這之前
我因為怕胖不喝
小弟因為以為保久乳以及調味乳跟牛奶是一樣的道理,而且前兩者比較好喝,
所以他不喝牛奶
爸爸是因為每次空腹喝牛奶都會腹瀉所以也不喝
於是造成了
一個是40歲骨頭(我)---實際年紀32
一個是70歲骨頭(小弟)---實際年紀20
一個是80歲骨頭(我爸)---實際年紀58
我想說的是 基於健康來說
大家真的要開始喝牛奶了...(我從上次摔到有裂痕後 就開始每天喝牛奶)
院長也說
是純粹牛奶 什麼拿鐵咖啡 什麼調味乳都不算
就是純粹牛奶
當下我爸回了一句:可是我喝牛奶會拉肚子阿
院長說:那就不要飯前喝 可以飯後喝 一開始就是喝一點點 買個300cc 飯後喝個150cc
一天喝個一瓶 分兩餐喝 身體是可以被訓練的
我問:那喝豆漿可以嗎?
院長:這兩種是不同的東西。就是喝牛奶....
所以
如果你有所謂的乳糖不適應症
可以採用院長今天告知的方式試試看
或許可以有所改善
我沒有什麼其他專業的理論跟論調
純粹是把剛剛熱呼呼醫生說的話全都轉述上來
希望多少能幫助到大家去注意牛奶有助於骨質的問題
千萬不要忽視牛奶的重要性
