因為本身吃素又是學生
常常需要外食
我不是因為宗教關係所以不算全素
五辛、蛋奶都可以接受
平常有上女性健身房運動
如果沒時間去偶爾也會騎X-bike
阻力3,速度約35~45騎40分鐘
但是一直瘦不下來
所以認為可能是飲食出問題:(
早餐通常是饅頭或蛋餅
午餐麵、滷味或水餃
晚餐就是正常一碗飯其它東西正常吃(蛋、豆腐、青菜、菇之類的)
偶爾會忍不住偷喝飲料...
最近想改變飲食,但不知道素食的菜單可以從哪裡下手才可以吃到熱量低又有飽足感...
希望可以給點建議
