@無糖高纖豆漿
這三種我都好喜歡喝喔 ~~~
因為我很容易便秘 ....
所以飲料都只喝高纖豆漿 低糖和無糖都會換來換去
怕身體習慣就沒效啦(心理作祟)
最近又愛上統一系列的---山藥薏仁豆奶
呵呵^^ 因為怕受到胸部 薏仁又能消水腫...
所以慢慢加入我的減肥清單~~~
但是一直在想...
這三種應該都屬於澱粉吧?(應該吧..錯的話 請糾正)
所以晚上是不是不要喝比較好呢?
還是沒有差?? 感激大家的回答
