最近快要考丙級烘焙了很緊張跟別人借了烤箱用他有上火與下火的我有問我老師他說上下溫度+起來除以2老師在忙有點聽不太懂所以沒繼續問他考場那種大烤箱跟家用烤箱如果我是做山形白土司我的上火跟下火該怎做些調整?土司如果考試上火150or160下火200or210的話35分鐘我家用烤箱該怎做調整大概時間呢?
