那我就把今日的食譜寫下來好了,要費點功夫 ^^;
鹿女玫瑰花釀奶茶
材料:鹿女純露、玫瑰花釀、紅茶、鮮奶、煉乳
作法:紅茶跟鮮奶的比例是 1:2 (比例相反的話就變成清香的茶奶)
把紅茶泡開以後(煮3分20秒的紅茶會最香),
加入鹿女純露、玫瑰花釀、煉乳跟熱鮮奶,攪拌後即可
水果沙拉沾醬
材料:CT1、煉乳、美乃滋
作法:優格與美乃滋的比例為1:1,做一大碗的沾醬可以滴三滴左右的CT1提味
生菜沙拉沾醬
材料:獨角獸精靈、優格、美乃滋
作法:煉乳與美乃滋的比例為1:1,做一大碗的沾醬可以滴三滴的獨角獸精靈提味
地中海風味馬鈴薯燉肉
材料:編織甘露、wilo自製義大利風味藥草包XD、馬鈴薯、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、豬里肌
、蒜、薄荷葉、王者聖油、冰糖、岩鹽
作法:馬鈴薯、肉、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥的比例均等,
先把肉切塊,洋蔥切絲,馬鈴薯及紅蘿蔔用滾刀法切塊,
↓
中小火翻炒肉塊,待肉塊的每面都沒有血水後就撈起
↓
炒洋蔥,炒到一點點軟的時候(快要有香味,還沒有黃)
↓
把紅蘿蔔及馬鈴薯丟進去翻炒,待洋蔥有點黃有點香
↓
把這些洋蔥馬鈴薯紅蘿蔔跟剛剛的肉、蒜頭數顆,一起放入湯鍋,淹水過肉即可
↓
開中火,煮沸後瓦斯小火燉煮,並放入藥草包以及30cc左右的編織甘露
再加入岩鹽提味,冰糖可以增加甘味,王者聖油增加滑順口感
↓
15分鐘後把藥草包拿起,免得有苦味跑出來
↓
再燉煮個半小時左右就是鍋好燉肉啦!(起鍋時可以加入薄荷葉裝飾,增加香氣)
ps.這道菜讓我熬夜到三點才燉好,也還好大家都很捧場地吃完(感動)
