(想不到我是因為這篇文章浮出水面…)
胃的問題,還是從飲食和生活作息做起。
我也是長期胃炎的患者,長期看中醫
一直到今年初,胃的狀況才有顯著的改善
從17歲到現在,胃痛胃脹氣幾乎是每天都會發生的事
它一天不痛我還會懷疑它今天是不是沒有好好工作(汗)
醫生忍不住責備:胃是一個不容易喊痛的器官,妳到底是怎麼辦到的
(啊?原來胃不容易喊痛哦?那它一天到晚痛是什麼意思!?)(眾毆)
從去年十月開始,我開始每天吃糙米飯
戒奶戒蛋戒酒,烤的辣的炸的都不吃
麵包餅乾不要碰(因為有發粉,容易脹氣)
儘可能不要外食,能自己煮就自己煮
一開始真的很痛苦,
每天上班就夠累了回家還要洗菜煮飯
也曾經在逛超市零食櫃的時候突然大哭(嗚嗚我好想吃餅乾糖果啊…)
但同時也領悟到自己過去有多虧待自己的胃
(從學生時代就經常以麵包餅乾蛋糕當正餐…)
這樣吃了半年,胃有極明顯的進步
不過工作壓力一大,有時難免胃也緊張起來
這時候我會拿出CT2、阿南西花園或O牌的放鬆
滴在化妝棉吸聞或撒面紙上放口袋、擴香、或是洗個熱水澡按摩
對我來說,精油是拿來讓支持心情或抒緩情緒用的
胃炎的問題,還是要靠飲食控制和一點藥物讓它慢慢好起來
