我22歲,男生,想要讓自己看起來更壯一點。(目前175cm 70kg)
如果我把胸肌 肩肌 臂肌練壯一點,
(希望能讓自己更接近女生口中男生外表所需的壯,可能可看起來較有安全感 穩重感)
之後進入職場可能比較沒機會繼續在健身房練,
那我之前練的肌肉,會縮小嗎? 還是只是從肌肉變成肥肉?
