爬了文後得到版上一個重要結論
消耗熱量>吸收熱量>基礎代謝 =瘦
且有恆的從事有氧運動=>燃燒體內多餘的脂肪
那如果有一個人一天吃進1500大卡 (假設已超過基代), 消耗 1800
大卡 (但並非有氧活動 只是一般活動)

那他每天多消耗的300大卡也會使脂肪轉化為體內熱量嘛? 還是會消耗掉肌肉
