如題
年紀輕輕可是膝蓋動不動就受挫QQ
似乎游泳是最適合的運動
但由於皮膚狀況本就非常敏感不穩定 下水往往變得更糟... <囧
考慮方便難度又低的陸上運動的話
目前只想到快走
請問速度非常快的快走(6~8km/hr)
對膝蓋的傷害大嗎?
