這篇是個人淺見,
只是好奇為什麼大家要放棄自己的消化系統?
今天補充短胜肽的膠原胜肽的確是讓你比較好吸收,

如果沒有這膠原蛋白市場,那也不會有這廠商甚至是不知道加了什麼東西的產品。
