自製薄荷紅茶 - 芳療

我很愛喝紅茶,
尤其是日月潭的台茶18號,
不過有時候總是希望有點變化,
最近嘗試自己做薄荷紅茶,發現清涼衛生又好喝喔~
比飲料店使用薄荷香料來的健康多啦!成本低熱量低!
大家參考看看吧! ^_^
材料:紅茶茶葉(或茶包)、蜂蜜、百靈油(就是胡椒薄荷精油)
做法:1.水煮沸,丟入茶葉或茶包,三~五分鐘內撈起
2.茶液放涼,酌量加入蜂蜜
3.加入1d百靈油,充分攪拌或搖勻
4.進冰箱冰一下,風味更佳!
備註:百靈油是可以加在液體中內服的,
一般芳療用的薄荷精油是否能這樣用?我就不確定嘍。
百靈油消脹氣的效果很不錯,所以飯後來一杯百靈紅茶,粉蘇糊啊!
