請教大家,最近身心出了一些變化,已經做了凱龍治療
希望可以藉由花精再幫自己重新出發
可是卻不知花精要從何選起
平日工作非常忙,幾乎從早上七點醒來後一直到真正到家(22:00)腦袋都沒有停過
星期六日放假,想要放鬆,也不敢真正放鬆(腦子一直想著工作工作)
很累的情況下,星期六日只能坐在電視機前一直轉台
從中午轉到晚上睡覺
星期天晚上一到,我就後悔自己怎麼沒有好好利用六日充實自己
(想要放空也不敢完全放空,一到星期天晚上就覺得自己在幹嘛)
工作時,有時看到不認真工作的同事又很生氣
動作很慢或是不認真思考(有時覺得他們怎麼都沒有動腦)的同事火就上來
請問大家,我應該選什麼花精?
其實我很清楚這樣不好,身邊的同事也常常受到我情緒上的影響
可是我完全沒辦法讓腦子或情緒緩合(我有想過休假,但是工作實在太忙不能放假)
