因為真的太胖了..11月要穿伴娘禮服啊!!!
這是我姊要逼我減肥的方法!他說我多胖都要擠進禮服裡
不減到時候在眾人面前出醜的人就是我!!
真是超緊繃.....!!!
早餐:無糖高纖豆漿+御飯糰
午餐:便當(肉+肉吃光..飯的話2/3或1/2)+冷泡茶無糖烏龍茶
晚餐:燙青菜(加一點醬油)+無糖高纖豆漿+水果一份
水:1千五(因為我會喝冷泡茶的烏龍茶)
= ="我知道這樣不好!但是我的運動量幾乎是零
就是走到學校去上課,再走回家...
所以我的基礎代謝應該超低的!
早上上課晚上補習..真的是滿難找時間去運動的!
減肥真的是漫長..用過好多超不健康的減肥法!
但是還是覺得好像應該冷靜的從飲食改變!!!!!
P.S.問一下那個711不是有0熱量的像優格的東西(楊謹華代言的)
減肥可以吃嗎?因為還是會嘴饞想吃甜食阿阿阿阿!
