請問各位大大:1.我在製作蔥油餅時,用了500g的中筋麵粉.熱水用了200g,冷水用180g,之後揉成麵糰.放置40分,但是不見麵糰發酵,我還是把麵糰照步驟把麵糰壓平放上油,放上蔥,在整形,但是麵糰好像不能黏在一起,於是我還是把麵團放置在桌上放置40分.看麵團能不能發酵.這是我製作到現在的疑問.2.還有就是我想��
