大家好。
我身高165,體重55~56左右,看起來不會很胖
可是常常有水腫的問題,讓我很困擾。
爬文看板上有人說吃薏仁可以消水腫,請問大家那大概什麼時間攝取是最好的呢?
當作早餐?或是晚餐吃完之後吃?
另外請問怎樣的烹調方式才是最健康的呢?
單吃薏仁?或是搭配綠豆之類的呢?
麻煩有經驗的版友解答我的疑惑了>"<
