1、現在我每天早上會泡ㄧ馬克杯的量,裡面加薏仁粉、杏仁粉、黃豆粉和十勝原机膠原蛋白粉各8g加水攪拌空腹喝,這樣會不會對身體不好?怕薏仁會太寒~2、如標題,請問這樣喝能瘦身美白又不減胸嗎?ㄧ天要喝幾杯才有功效呢?(我三餐正常吃)3、我買的薏仁粉是紅薏仁粉,這樣有美白功效嗎?4、這三種粉我都是在全聯買的,牌子是金瑞益,請問這牌子好嗎?成份純不純?
