以250克來算好了
農委會網頁寫的白飯蛋白質約為6-8%克
拿較低的6%來算
這樣算起來250克白飯的蛋白質是15克
兩個便當光白飯就30克了
如果便當都有一個蛋 6*2=12
這樣總共42克
網路搜尋滷雞腿蛋白質28克
滷排骨22克
假設早午餐吃滷雞腿晚上吃滷排
這樣總加起來就92克了
我家長輩有腎臟病病史所以我每天都在觀察自己上廁所小號
看到泡沫太多就會嚇死
我很久沒算了最近又重新開始算
算一算發現真的很容易破表
前陣子某天上廁所發現一堆泡沫真的嚇到差點出冷汗
我每天有在喝豆漿
一杯200cc 名片高度
蛋白質就8了
我要是一天喝三杯就24了
問題是我設定一天大概吃60克
我沒有在重訓 而且我三餐堅持正常吃
所以豆漿多喝個一杯我就沒辦法吃其他肉類或豆腐類的東西了
剛好最近有在算發現很容易破表來回一下
