日常作息時間:因為一邊工作一邊念書,常熬夜。每天睡6小時左右
生活型態:上班族+學生+媽媽
減肥方式:不喜歡運動,常用逛街代替運動。家中有踏步機和健身車,沒有持續鍛鍊
問題陳述:
最近胖到有點難以接受的程度,之前體重大概維持在52左右,現在照鏡子已經
嫌惡自己到不行。因為不喜歡運動,想找一種最有效率又省事的減肥方式,
之前吃過中藥減肥還頗有成效,就看了網友建議去看了頗負盛名的中醫減肥門診+埋線。
療程中,醫生要我每天大量喝開水,運動40分鐘,還有飲食控制,配合埋線,他說這樣
才有可能在兩三個月減掉5公斤。(我的願望很小,只要5公斤)
基於當媽媽後精打細算的習慣,我掐指一算,每周藥費+埋線幾近2000元,一個月
就要8000元,而且還是要每天運動+節食。比買健身房的課程還貴(以curves為基準)...
我猶豫了,我還要繼續去看減肥門診嗎?還是投資在健身房上???
