滿多女生會不喜歡運動,是因為又熱又喘滿身汗,所以不喜歡運動
但我不是討厭運動,我是懶,我的個性又很會拖
通常都要有人逼我,我才會去做自己不想做的事
是那個不見棺材不掉淚的人,我是上班族,平常下班後通常又餓又累不想動
接下來我會馬上吃晚餐,雖然吃過晚餐後,我因為有力氣開始想運動
但剛吃完東西,又不適合運動
我就開始休息,但這一休息,過了一兩小時,也快晚上9點10點
一想到再沒多久就要睡,我運動後又容易精神亢奮,睡不好,我又不想動了
好不容易到了假日,我就只想休息,不想動
而且我又要利用假日把平常沒空做的大大小小雜事,家事做完
等做完後,我更是不想動
我也覺得運動後心情會好,而且我的身體不好,不管看那一科,醫生都勸我要多運動
但我個性就是太懶了,所以才不想運動
很多雜誌或網路文章都有教一些無氧的運動或體操,號稱是懶人運動
有人建議說,多走路爬樓梯,也可以當懶人運動
但我之前出車禍,腿受重傷,現在還在復健,無法久站久走
而且我發現我看了一堆雜誌,網路教懶人運動,我都沒在做
因為比較做這種懶人運動,我還是比較喜歡騎健身車
請問怎麼才能讓懶人喜歡上運動?怎樣才能讓自己自動自發地去運動?
