規律運動後睡眠時間變超短 - 健身

自從開始每天運動後
我發現睡覺有比較好睡
但是睡眠時間變短的太誇張了
直接砍半
以前我都睡8小時~9小時才會飽或自然醒
現在4小時左右就醒了 然後就精神很好
可是這樣變成我上班的時候
會超累...而且我午休時刻精神也還算亢奮
就一過午休就開始體力快速下降
雖然睡眠品質有變很好多
就是變完全不太做夢直接睡到醒來
但是4小時真的太短
長時間這樣身體不會出現狀況嗎?
而且變的上班時間造成我的困擾
尤其是上晚班才剛去上班兩小時
我就已經快不行了....
飲食方面我都正常 改掉喝飲料的習慣而已
運動就每天都慢跑30分鐘以上...
我睡眠時間變短已經快兩個禮拜了
