打算跟教練說我要增肌減脂
打算體脂降到18以下
健工有15堂一堂1300的
也有教練課續約36堂一堂1200 可以分期
如果目標是要30降到18以下
買哪個方案會比較好呢
怕15堂的買太少減不下來
