請問可以連續兩天上body pump課程嗎? - 健身

因為時間關係,小弟目前只有週末能上健身房,
六日兩天都有body pump課程,
但我爬文看到有人說重訓不能連做,要給肌肉休息時間。
所以目前規劃是週六跟做的重量是比較逼近極限,
做完隔天肌肉大概還會有些許酸痛感,
然後週日課程約用七八成的重量去做,可以全程跟完,
不知這樣作法對肌肉增長有沒有效率?
抑或我該放棄連作兩天body pump課程的想法,
選擇一天做bodypump另一天做有氧或伸展課程?
