請問吃得很飽 但熱量很低 - 美體

不好意思 已經爬過文 但有個問題還是想問大家
假設我一整天吃得很均衡(有吃到澱粉 蛋白質 還有大量蔬菜)
但是量偏少 用一些低熱量的東西取代
像是吃蒟蒻麵 或是蒟蒻製品 達到飽足感
(假設我一天的基代是一千二 我吃的東西熱量有到1100~1200卡
但是其中有蒟蒻麵條 或其他低熱量但飽足感很夠的東西)
這樣有利於減肥嗎 長期下來會對健康有什麼傷害嗎 謝謝^^
