基代算過大概1700左右
目前已減肥10kg左右
朝第二階段邁進
目前開出的菜單如下
請各位賢拜幫忙看一看
早餐:燕麥片(2~3匙)+可可燕麥(一包裝)+吐司一片
午餐:四菜(肉一塊不炸(半個手掌大)+青菜2~3夾+一碗飯+一碗湯)
晚餐:水煮鮪魚吐司+一碗紫菜湯+吐司一片+燙青菜
運動:每天跑步40分鐘+每兩天重訓一次(半小時)
請問這樣OK嗎?會吃太少嗎
