男生 身高:166cm
體重:85kg 目標70以下(3個月內)
體脂:29% 基代:約2000卡左右
早餐:饅頭夾蛋+無糖豆漿
午餐:約3/4碗飯+2樣菜+一塊約半個拳頭的鴨肉
晚餐:約3/4碗飯+2樣菜+士林大香腸的一片切片
飲水約1500c.c(有點少)
今日運動量:(4000m 35分內跑完 心跳130以上)*2 騎腳踏車約20分(輕鬆騎)
重訓約40分但分好幾次做,針對我胖的部位做(手跟腹部),做到肌肉酸痛後停止
因為最近時間比較多,所以趁這段時間減肥~因為對人有承諾,所以希望可以達到目標 QQ
我的午晚餐都是自助餐,但比以前的食量少,不知道是否是嘴巴破皮的關係 = =
中午那個便當25元,晚上那個20元....
煩請給些建議或指教,謝謝
