早上固定都吃煎蛋吐司+無糖豆漿
中午跟晚上除了週六週日外
週一到週五都吃低GI便當
持續了快4個月
瘦了大概7公斤
但體重好像就沒有再降了
有跟店家說可不可以不要紫米飯,然後菜多一點
店家是說他們都是固定的
有在youtube看到網美小吳減重的影片
