想請問大家兩個關於薑精油的問題
1.女性生理期間，適合用含薑精油的按摩油按摩腹部嗎？
按摩油的全成分為以下(還含檸檬草等其他精油)：
Cold-pressed grapeseed, sweet almond and jojoba oils;
essential oils of ginger, lemongrass, tangerine and cinnamon; vitamin E.
2.用含薑精油的護手霜或身體乳液
對身體血液循環有所幫助嗎？比較適合冬天使用嗎？
