美版的大大,大家好!我減重已經一段時間了.
併行運動與減食量的方式已有近半年,成效也不錯(-7kg/4個月).三餐也都正常吃.
餐餐大量青菜與飯後水果.但不知道是不是年紀大了(今年滿30歲).
體重已停滯2個月下不去.真的很困擾啊> <"
因為自己是學生,加上現在不景氣.可以打工的機會不多....
想請問板上大大,要怎樣在不施以藥物的情況下.提升基礎代謝率?
若要施行提增運動量,要怎樣循序漸進比較好?(我的運動是有氧運動30'~1hr/天).
