三餐內容
早餐:饅頭/燒餅夾蛋/蛋餅/飯糰+黑咖啡
午餐:大部分為1個便當,菜吃完,飯一半/乾麵+燙清菜+湯(貢丸或味噌等)
晚餐:一周約3次吃subway,其他天大約如中餐
其他:不吃零食,幾乎不吃油炸及甜點,但假日會有1、2餐會吃比較好
日常作息時間:約12:30睡,07:10起床
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:1周3~4次,跑步機35分鐘+伸展(瑜珈)25分鐘,總計1小時左右
問題陳述:
體形是個泡芙人,肉超鬆軟,因為1月中要結婚,從6月起開始運動
及慢慢減少食量,以前完全沒運動習慣,這次難得已經維持上述運動型態快2個月
但體重仍然是沒什麼變化,想請問,還有哪些改進空間呢?謝謝
