我晚上大概都2。3點才睡(因為很想玩電腦)但我看到知識+上說睡眠時間超過7小時對美白無意,所以我大概9ˋ10點起床,吃2顆葡萄子,做大概30分鐘的拉筋跟熱身運動,在吃ㄧ顆月見草油,之後在洗澡保養大概又過了30分鐘,吃早餐(吃飽後沒坐下30分鐘),然後再看電視玩電腦,2點多吃午餐,打混一下就去補習班工作了~4-6點我會喝 纖維水或是枸杞菊花茶或是一些養生��
