吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:蔬菜蛋吐司不加美乃滋 or 兩片蘿蔔糕 or 一份蛋餅 or 饅頭夾蛋+大冰紅or大冰鮮奶茶
午餐:外食(滷味)- 一條芋粿(10公分左右,兩跟食指粗)+兩份海帶+一包蒸煮麵+兩份青菜
晚餐:正常一份外食(ex : 一份炒飯or炒麵or拉麵or一份沒有肉的便當但飯減半)
其他:下午四五點游泳前會吃點東西(ex : 半條到一條繽紛樂 or 一條小條的snickers(便
晚上九點多十點會餓的話會吃點水果(ex : 兩顆奇異果 or 半顆蘋果 or 一顆橘子)
日常作息時間:1、2點睡,8 點多起床

運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
因為是游泳校隊,一周五天晚上都會練游泳,從五點半到七點,基本都是100公尺起跳(例如100自 8趟 1分45一趟),練的總量大約是2300~2800公尺,會喘(心跳數沒量過不知道),通常都練捷式。
我的問題:
我想要減肥,希望能瘦到45公斤左右(這樣應該不會太瘦吧)
以前的體重大約在52、53左右,約莫在高二的時候開始想要減肥,自己減了一陣子,靠著騎
總之上了大學後,加入游泳隊,每天練游泳,體重降了一點,變成現在的60 出頭(其中,?
因為在今年暑假(預計在七月時)想去美國找高中同學,他是在我最瘦的時候離開的,不想
也就是說我大約有5個月的時間,要瘦15公斤,之前有爬文看到說一個禮拜瘦一公斤是最多?
*最近真的很苦惱要怎麼在去見他之前瘦下來,想到我都想嘗試偏方了,花大把鈔票去吃減?
*我吃素,蛋奶素,但我超愛甜食,蛋糕、麵包、巧克力這類的,減肥期間可以偶爾吃嗎?例如一個禮拜之類的?
