請教大家 媽媽晚餐如何吃~ - 美體

現在27歲 前天量體重62.2kg 159公分
主要胖在肚子上 (哭哭)
之前晚餐和老大一起吃 所以吃很多....
現在老二生下來 也7個月了
沒想到 也沒有因為白天上班晚上帶小孩就比較瘦
預定10月要和朋友去日本穿和服 想要美美的去
目前早餐吃饅頭+豆漿或是烤煎蛋+無糖高纖豆漿
午餐因為和同事吃 都是吃自助餐 所以就盡量避開燴飯和油的食物
不過晚餐我就不知道可以吃什麼了?
如果避開澱粉類的話?
又要用電鍋煮的簡單料理
不知道可以吃啥呢?
我是想自己用蒸蛋 (2顆蛋)+大黃瓜湯
不過也只想到這樣而已....
