我的肚子很大...所以我最近的早餐都吃麥片
想要降低膽固醇,肚子好像真的有小一點..
早上要上班,所以我都是挖4~5大湯匙大麥片
,放到碗中加點溫水泡一下,等他泡軟一點後
就加元氣X子進去攪一攪,因為全部都是榖物,
芝麻、花生也香香的,很好入口。早上九點
吃完,大概10點半到12點就會有上廁所的慾望
..大出來是金黃色的,而且不太會臭臭的,
但是吃麥片前幾天放的屁會很臭~這一點是比較
不好意思的地方。
除了元氣種X外,我加過起司巧達湯、玉米濃湯
、蕃茄湯跟紫菜湯,但是口感都沒那麼好,而
且紫菜湯的納含量有點高,吃太多對腎有負擔。
