跑步一天瘦了1KG - 美體

昨天傍晚去重訓室跑步
然後一邊聽MP4一邊跑還有快走
不知不覺就跑了六公里
然後再去踩重訓室的腳踏車踩十五分鐘
然後睡前都會擦妮維雅綠色那瓶纖體的再搭配BODY SHOP的按摩手套
再然後會抬腿十分鐘外加伸展操十分鐘
今天早上量體重
掉了一點一公斤耶
好開心呢:)
