早上晨跑
跑一圈就掛了
另一圈就開始快走
快走完
又掛了= =
不運動還真不知道自己體力差成這樣
然後我決定不要這樣操自己
因為快走完一圈
開始想吐
頭開始痛起來
想要問大大們
是否有這樣經驗
是否我該在運動之前先做甚麼措施
還是說
有甚麼體操
可以減少想吐和頭痛的症狀QAQ
