心得分享:
原PO女,去年8月,因為「明年想送給30歲的自己一個大禮」這個偉大(笑)的理由
原PO終於放下了手中的雞排,重新踏上了減肥這條不歸路
飲食部分,原PO這次減肥只限制熱量,但不限制種類
一天大概攝取1200~1400左右(基代1100)
只要一天總熱量在這個範圍又不會餓到,基本上什麼都吃
所以原PO甚至會早餐吃巧克力、午餐吃泡麵之類
雖然是很糟糕的吃法,但因為原PO自己意志力虛到爆
就算排了超健康完美必瘦菜單
撐不了兩天就忍不住揪人吃吃到飽的話也...╮(;;-3-)╭
所以一開始也就不苛求太多了
(後來因為運動後會很想吃飯吃肉,自然地就少吃垃圾食物當正餐了)
運動方面,原PO的最愛始終是比利大叔
大概都是 Basic Bootcamp
或是 Ab Bootcamp + Cardio Bootcamp Live,兩種輪流跳
原PO很懶,但個性好強不服輸,所以這種拳擊有氧就很適合原PO
原PO都會邊跳邊想像打壞人然後自以為我超強XD
最近則是開始模擬飛踢喪屍(末世文看太多)
不過每個人適合的運動都不一樣
找到自己喜歡、能堅持的運動才是最重要的
(原PO有朋友比利跳不了15分鐘就喊累放棄,卻可以連跑操場20圈
原PO則是操場走一圈膝蓋就掛掉...)
到今天原PO減肥開始滿一年了
雖然中間有5個月(喂ww)休息沒在減有復胖一些
但原PO真的深深體會到有肌肉和之前當泡芙人時的差異
以往是不減肥後一兩個月就完全打回原形
這次中間有5個月沒減也只是復胖了大概1/3
而現在有時還是會去吃吃到飽
但吃完的隔天體重體脂也不會有太大變化
再運動個兩三天體脂就又開始降了
而對原PO來說運動也不只是幫忙消耗熱量或穩定體重的角色
它除了改變身形,也改變了原PO的心境
比如說
原本沒有雞排甜不辣泡麵鍋貼滿福堡就會心理陰暗的原PO
不知何時開始已經很少會想到它們了
窩在電腦前打字時時不時瞄兩眼線條變明顯的手臂
心裡暗爽,之後練二頭就更加賣力
以前拿牙籤般細瘦的長腿當目標來折磨自己
現在則更在意如何擁有結實的大腿和翹屁屁w
雖然目前原PO還沒減到目標(體脂18%),不過在滿一年的這一天發這篇心得文
算是把30歲大禮送出去了吧~~^^
