第一次在這裡發文
從今年一月開始重訓+飲控+有氧
目的是以減脂為主 肌肉有維持就好
到五月疫情中斷 後來到8月才繼續
因為我也知道自己下肢比較強壯
所以都沒有做過腿部的訓練 只有排胸 背 三角 二三頭的
健身房的巨巨阿伯也是跟我說我不用再練腿

這樣的數據是否代表我的上下半身肌肉還是不均衡呢?
很怕自己目前只練上半不練下半的方針是錯的
麻煩資深健身鄉民了
