為什麼總覺得跟我們認知的有所不太一樣
竟然會建議把食物金字塔倒過來飲食
雖然下面的內文簡介是還好很正常的樣子
但書名直接這樣下會不會很容易誤導大家
不過本書特色的第一段就寫到碳水化合物只佔人體2%而已
有沒有這麼少???
如果時常做有氧運動的人2%根本不夠用吧?
