這樣一個月下來能瘦4公斤嗎 - 美體

早餐: 麵/麵包/三明治
中餐: 白飯1/2 青菜 一種肉類
晚餐: 燕麥片
(都固定時間)
每天散步半小時+快走半小時+搖呼拉圈20分中
走完回家會吃一顆水煮蛋白
一天喝大概2500cc白開水
睡前會做一些仰臥起坐或其他小運動
請問我這樣子能瘦到4公斤嗎?????
PS:不知道為什麼我大腰跟小腿很會長肌肉= =
試過爬樓梯爬到大腿長得跟腳踏車選手的大腿一樣(前面突出一大塊肌肉)
請問有沒有辦法讓他不要長阿orz
