我希望有經驗者回答還有情況跟我比較類似的人回答我體重差不多97公斤我早上吃桂格麥片(北海道草莓)中午正常吃飯晚上只吃桂格麥片(北海道鮮綠抹茶)因為我必需快點減肥到80公斤我每天都會跳健康操30分鐘也會流很多汗請問我這樣有可能1個月減10公斤嗎?還有晚餐吃桂格麥片而已會不會比較快瘦呢?(ps我沒有喝飲料吃甜食的習慣)(別回我說:有時間在看知識,不如去運動之類的��
