因為最近這幾天
約會太多所以都吃外面而且都吃滿高熱量的
所以胖了大約1-2公斤
想說從今天起開始克制自己
今天所吃的食物如下:
早餐:X(因為是下午的課所以睡到十點多)
午餐:火腿起司蛋土司+柳橙汁
午點:醃芭樂
晚餐:素食自助餐 (兩樣青菜+芹菜豆皮+三個小素雞+半碗飯)還有青菜豆腐湯
這樣OK嘛
