最近一個禮拜都去家裡附近的健身房跑步
跑的時間大概是30分鐘一輪
休息(慢走)五分鐘又繼續跑個30分鐘
但是一星期下來 體重依然維持在48
毫無增減
飲食也有控制
晚餐不吃澱粉
為什麼還是瘦不下來呢?
難道是我跑步方式錯了!!?
