小女子最近開始上健身房運動
時間維持一小時
30分鐘在跑步或者是滑步機上
其餘的20-30分鐘
做伸展拉筋
還有局部的重訓
吃的部分就是三餐固定
沒有特別的少吃或怎樣
但晚餐有刻意少吃澱粉類
油炸類也盡量少碰
但體重似乎沒有太大的變化
是因為剛好遇到經期的關係嗎?!
還是我運動不足呢???
請大家批判吧!!!!!>"<
